Is it possible to define the contents of a drop down field at the beginning of a session, for example if I have a drop-down field to capture the name of the member of staff, can I assign this value to everything captured within that particular session, without having to select the same name repetitively?  (effectively selecting once and making all remaining fields pre-populated and read-only).  I believe this functionality is available within the ArcPad setup?

You could use subtypes and domains to define this model, or in the app you can enable continuous collect under the apps settings and when you collect data you can choose to copy the attributes from the previous feature but give it a new location.

Currently we only offer the ability to copy the shape and the attributes from a previous feature collected or when copying an existing feature. We do have plans to improve our popup and make them smarter to add different logic models that could support these workflows.
