Hello! We're running ArcGIS Server 10.1 SP1 with two clusters comprised of five machines each. I suddenly see this error throughout all logs:
Unexpected error while cleaning arcgisjobs server directory. String index out of range: -1
We are not experiencing any performance issues right now, though our primary web application was intermittently unresponsive until last Thursday, when we restarted AGServer on all machines in one cluster.
I do have access to the directories, but am not 100% sure what to look for. Any thoughts on what this means, what to look for, or how to troubleshoot? Thanks!
