Geocoding Event Locations

We are using GeoEvent Processor to monitor the location and operation of our garbage trucks.  If a truck is unable to collect garbage from a resident - for example, the can wasn't out at the curb - the driver creates a point at his location and, using a drop-down menu of common problems, explains why he wasn't able to collect.  This point is recognized by the GeoEvent Processor and an email alert is sent to a few different people.  However, the alert only shows that a point was created and why the garbage was not collected.  If you aren't sitting in front of the map, you have no idea where the garbage was not collected.

Is there any way to geocode the newly created point, or retrieve the address from our existing parcel layer, and attach that information to the alert?  That way instead of the alert email just saying:

"Garbage was not collected because the can was not at the curb"

it will read:

"Garbage was not collected at 100 N. Main St. because the can was not at the curb".
