Problem drawing lines in IE11

I'm having an issue while drawing lines in IE11.
The issue can be seen also in the online sample:

When I start drawing a Polyline, the line does not start at the point where I clicked the mouse initially.
It always starts 5 to 10 pixels off, in the direction of the line. It depends on how fast I drag the mouse.
Also the hint "Press down to start and let go to finish" does not show at all.
