Release notes / Whats new?

When can I find the release notes for GEP?  I would like to know what changes from version to version. Specifically I'm looking for changes between 10.2.1 and 10.2.2. (I would also like to know where to find them for future use).

The What's new in ArcGIS GeoEvent Processor topic in the help documentation contains a list of the new functionality at each release of GeoEvent Processor.  There is also an ArcGIS 10.2.2 Issues Addressed List that contains all of the issues addressed.
