First clean of the project, hold Option so that you are cleaning out the whole build folder and intermediates. You might have to quit Xcode and throw away the whole contents of the Derived Data folder by hand in the Finder.

Which version of the SDK version are you using? Latest (v10.2.2). If yes, Xcode 4.x is not supported. Upgrade to 5.x.
