I am sure I am not the only one that experiences this issue. But the online ARCGis version is so slow, here at work we have pretty fast internet connection so that is not the issue.
I do not understand how Google Maps, Google Earth that sometimes can display even more data from different sources (Transit Agencies, Images, Transit, Mass transit Schedules, pictures, etc) and displays way way quicker. It took 10 minutes just to save a simple 8 shape file map, I made tiny modifications to the color of the shape file display, another 10 minutes. I tried it in Chrome and IE, same issue in 2 different days.
