Zoom to selected Feature

Hi To All,

I am creating Model Builder to select a feature from a Feature Class and to Zoom to the selected Feature.
I am unable to add the tool "Zoom to Selected". Please help me to find a solution to this .

I'm not sure there is a Model builder solution for this, but it definitely can be done in python.
