Web Application Popups not working in Internet Explorer works fine in Chrome/Firefox

I have created a web application here:
http://www.arcgis.com/apps/OnePane/basicviewer/index.html?appid=d64b75ebf1964b3a946467a47cf73b28

The popups work perfect in Firefox & Chrome, but in Internet Explorer (I have tested version 10 & 11) the popups say
No Information Available??

Any clues how to fix this?
