Hosted Storytelling Swipe Web App

Is there any documentation on best practices for the hosted app called storytelling swipe?  I have tried to create a few maps with very little success.  I am usually able to work through the wizard to configure the maps but somewhere during the initializing process the application freezes before any content is displayed or I receive an error message.

Any advice on using this app is appreciated.

I saw your forum post ??? I don???t know why it is freezing on you. I  am using Chrome ??? but that shouldn???t be the reason.
