Hi,

With reference to an older thread I posted,
http://forums.arcgis.com/threads/97295-using-map-service-legend-in-a-webmap

We have installed a security certificate for our host machine, but the absence of a legend using the AGOL templates persists.

As an example, this is a public map we have created:
https://dpwh.maps.arcgis.com/apps/OnePane/basicviewer/index.html?appid=4b48284a409844fab6876aa77be8b...

Aside from the gray canvass basemap, it uses a map service hosted in our machine for "road classification":

RoadClassification:
https://apps.dpwh.gov.ph/ArcGIS/rest/services/Kevin/RoadClassification/MapServer

What would be the rationale behind this and what can be done?

Regards,
Egan

Also, appreciate it if you guys could help me in another issue discussed here:

Based on the REST Services directory, you have an ArcGIS Server 10.0 without any Service Pack installed.  I also noticed that the your map Service does not have the legend resource link. This returns the legend information for all layers in the service.

You need to install at least Service Pack 1 for ArcGIS Server 10.

One of the issues addressed with this service pack:

REST API
For .Net

NIM058419 - Add support in .NET REST for generating MapService LEGEND/TOC.

But Esri recommends that all ArcGIS 10 customers download and install the latest Service Pack at their earliest convenience, to ensure the highest quality experience when working with ArcGIS 10.
