CASE Tools wizard

Hi

we  have installed ArcGIS 10 case tools successfully. When we click on the button it is throwing a general error message "Unexpected error, Object reference not set to an instance of an object". Does any one an idea how to resolve.

Problem persisting and could not fix the issue.
