I Use Arcgis Runtime Sdk for WPF build my application, On windows 7,there is no problem.But on windows 8.1, the local services such as LocalMapService can't start, and the ArcGISLocalDynamicMapServiceLayer is not render the layer. Run the sample application-WPFSampleApplication10.2 also. Is anyone have the same problem?
We are not aware of any issues on Windows 8.1 (the whole dev team pretty much run Windows 8.1 now).
Do see any local service/server exceptions? Is there anything in the localserver log? (you may need to enable logging in the LocalServer Utility) Do see the MPK(s) unpacked in the expected location?
