I have some models that I built a long time ago and have converted to Python script to run as an automated process nightly. The scripts ran fine for well over a year until my computer was upgraded to Windows 7. Even though the model was built in ArcGIS 9.3.1, it ran in ArcGIS 10.1 for a while in Windows XP. Now that I have Windows 7, the script and models (if I run them through Arccatalog) delete all data it thinks is intermittent. I have not set up anything to delete intermittent data, and the files it is deleting are not actually intermittent, but it is deleting some files anyway. Is there anyway I can turn that off or enter some python coding to set it to not delete intermittent data?
