how to get ArcGIS server ADF (ArcGIS 10.2) into Visual Studio 2012

Hello everyone, I am new to this so please be patient. I have been trying to get web controls into Visual Studio 2012 for two days now. but was not successful. Could you show me how please?

On the bottom of page 7 of this article link, it states that ArcGIS v10.1 was the last release that included the Web ADF:

Thank you for your reply. I saw some old tutorials and it was quite simple with the web controls but now since the controls are not there any more, I am just lost. I just wonder if you could share me with some good tutorial links that show how to integrate arcgis with my web application.

I use Visual Studio 2012 and I can't go back to ArcGIS lower than 10.2 cause again lower version of ArcGIS doesn't support Visual Studio 2012.

Are you trying to create custom desktop apps or web based apps?
