Cannot Load File Error in Camtasia Studio


I am trying to import some MP4 files with Camtasia Studio but I was greeted with an error message. I remember this is the same error I've got when I tried to import MOV And AVI file also. How can I fix this? Are there any limitations on importing files to Camtasia Stuido? Please enlighten me.

Cannot load file 'C:\Users\CcC\Desktop\11capture-1.camrec'.

It is either an unsupported media type or required codecs are not found.

Esri does not create Camtasia Studio. You might try their website for support.
