Is there anyone have tired using phoneGap with mobile citizen request sample?

I wrapped the app by phoneGap and tested it on my iPhone 4s, when I tried to add point to the map, it didn't work. But it did work on my android phone.

Is there anyone know why?

I also tried to wrap this app by using native iOS web view, it didn't work also, seems like this is a browser issue, but still not sure if there is a solution?

Is that mean I need to copy all the esri's javascripts and proxy.js to www folder within my iOS phoneGap project?
