I can't find "Create Local Copy"

I have worked with feature services before, but I took a break of a few months. I am trying to edit a feature service. But when I right-click on it and go to Edit Features, I don't see an option to create a local copy. What should I do? I am using a user connection to the server and I have permissions to edit the geodatabase, because I edit the database if I add a database connection. What am I missing? Thanks

I found the issue: Make sure in the table of contents, you click on ???List Drawing By order???. If another arrangement is chosen, you can???t see the option  "Create Local Copy for Editing" when you right-click on the layer group .
