Hi, there is an option in the scale bar properties dialog on the Size and Postion tab to "Align scale bar to zero division". With this option turned on we can use the align tools to align 2 (or more) scale bars to their respective 0 marks. How can I enable this option with ArcObjects and C# ? I am currently using a double alternating style of scale bar.
