how can i register my 'file gdb' or 'maps' on my arcgis server?

Hello, I have a question.

How can i register my 'file gdb' or 'maps' on my arcgis server?
And if i register gdb or map file on my arcgis server, can guests edit them?
Also after quests edit them, modifed results can be reflected on my arcgis server?

Hi Joong,

1) You can register maps to ArcGIS Server by publishing them as a service. Here is a link to documentation about how to publish a service.

2) There are a couple ways that you can register data, or a file gdb, with ArcGIS Server. Here is a link to documentation about registering your data with the server.

3) Editing depends on how you allow access to your services, and if you are working with a feature service, which will allow edits to be made and saved. Here is a link to documentation about working with services you've published.

Spend some time with the documentation and the tutorials that come with ArcMap, they are very useful. Hope this helps!
