License - Arc Hyrdo can't register... please help

I was told "You will need to enter the License Code in the registration wizard. This wizard can be accessed by starting the software and selecting the File | Register command. In the Register window, select the "Run Enable Wizard" button and enter the Licence Code in the space provided"

I can't find the registration wizard, there is no File, Register command.

Can someone help?

FOUND IT! Finally. I don't think you can access the registration wizard through ArcMap or ArcCatalog... I went through my program files: C:\Program Files (x86)\Aquaveo\Arc Hydro Groundwater Toolkit for ArcGIS 10.2

Here I found a found a RegWiz application. This opened and I was able to add the new license code.
