Export Features with Attachments

Has anyone successfully exported features from ArcGIS Online with attachments?

It kind of helped. Until I got to the part that says to "Create a local Copy". Well, when I created the local copy, my attachment table is empty. So, I am trying to figure out what I did wrong.
