Hi I installed ArcGIS for Desktop and then because I search and didn't find any ArcGIS for Engine 10.2 version I installed ArcObjects SDK for the Microsoft .NET Framework and when I want to start the Windows application(Engine) ,the error appeare :

As this product page for ArcGIS Engine states, you need an ESRI Developer Network (EDN) license of ArcGIS to be able to make use of ArcGIS Engine. So you will most likely need to "upgrade" your current license through ESRI:
