Search Parcel Tool using ArcGIS with VBA

Hi..


I  want a tool,to find out Parcel Address and its Location using Arcgis9.3 and VBA
I dnt kno more about VBA..I wonder if i get this code

I have 3 textboxes and one button in the VBA form,If i insert house number in textbox1 and clickon search button,i want to get the
Address in textbox2, phone number in textbox3..
and  hav to Zoom-in to that particular location
