Are older JS API versions available through js.arcgis.com?

Just saw Derek's tweet about performance tweaks to the js.arcgis.com apis and that got me wondering. Are the older APIs (3.2+) available from that site as well?

If so, does the path follow the same convention such as:
<script src="http://js.arcgis.com/3.2/"></script>
...or is it something else?

I still have some apps that I haven't bit the dreaded AMD bullet on and they still reference the serverapi location. Just wondering if I could perhaps get some bump in load time from the js.arcgis.com site as well.

Thanks!

Steve
