Fly Throughs

I'm just a lowly gis analyst. Can  somebody suggest a highly abbreviated workflow for creating a fly through of a highway interchange?  Your recommendation of the arcgis extension that I should use.  I'll look at arcglobe, but I have confidence in the forum group to give me some great tips.

Ken, I have not done animations using arcGlobe, but have done it using 3D analyst. Exercise 5 in this tutorial addresses a fly through animation.
