Different pop-up for different features

Is there a way to customize individual pop-up content for features of the same layer? I tried to configure pop-ups for features of the same layer, but the configuration appears to apply to all features of the same layer. My goal is to change descriptions in the pop-up contents. Help.

The popup definition applies to all features in that layer. There is no way to customize individual popups for specific features.

You could have an attribute field as part of your data, where the field contains a URL, which could link to another pages and display on a new tab of the browser. That's about all I can think of.
