How to list all organizational content?

I am an administrator of our organizational site.  Several members have uploaded content.  I know that I can view each member's content separately, but I'd like to get a complete list of all site content in one place.  Is there a way to do this?

When you are logged in as administrator.  Click on link to "My Organization" in the top banner.  On the right hand side you'll see a link to find "The last items added to the organization"    I think this will give you what you are looking for.
