I have a bunch of raster images (ortho's) with attributes of R, G, B. I simply want to create a polygon that covers the areas where R=0, G=0 and B=0. I would like to create a batch script so I can run it on a bunch of files and have the shapefiles named appropriately. I'm not great with this stuff as I'm just starting to learn coding. Any help would be amazing!

If you want to know where R = B = G = 0 (all zero), then you need to R + B, and then and G to the result.

If you want to know where R =0 or G = 0 or B = 0 (any zero), then you need to do R*B multiply the result by G.

In either case, you would then use reclass (http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisdesktop/10.0/help/index.html#/Reclassify/009z000000sr000000/) the data such that:

>0 --> 0

0 --> 1

<0 --> 0

Finally, use Raster to Polygon.

The python reference for basic math operations is here:
