Does anyone have any suggestions to create the Arc Hydro Framework only - I don't need to build a network or use anything other than the wells/monitoring points, and time series for well and water quality info. ?
I can't seem to figure out, with only an Arcview license, how to import data into just the Framework portion of the Arc Hydro model...I keep getting licensing errors.
I would like to just populate the framework with wells, a time series table, and some monitoring points but still have the database conform to the Arc Hydro model. Any help would be appreciated.
