iPad Safari issues

Good afternoon all. We are publishing our web maps through ArcGIS Online for our crews and personnel who are using iPads and can't access our Flex sites. Everything seems to display fairly well with the iPad Safari browser, except under the "Details" tab - "About", "Content", and "Legend" are not visible. You can actually click around in the white space and eventually click on each tab, but it is definitely quirky. Any ideas as to what is going on? The site opens in its entirety on our Windows desktop. Thanks in advance.
