Apparent Reflectance

I am using the Apparent Reflectance function on a Landsat image from 2010, which I downloaded from EarthExplorer and unzipped using gnuzip and 7-zip.

The Apparent Reflectance function is supposed to automatically pick up values from the metadata in the header of the file - gain, bias, and sun elevation (perhaps wavelength and others).

Unfortunately, it is not picking up these values, and I am unable to find the wavelength or the gain in the metadata for the Landsat data. If I had the values, I could input them manually. (I did find the bias (radiance minimum) and the solar elevation.

Does anyone have any suggestions for 1) identifying why the function isn't picking up the values or 2) finding the values in the metadata file?

Thank you in advance for your advice.
