attribute data displays zeros

hi

after mistakinly using the field calculator, data on 1 field on the attribute table rename all the records with zeros(0)/nulls.how do i recover the correct data

you help will be highly appreciated

Did you do this in an edit session? If so, did you save your edits? If you did that, then it is permanent, this is the same if you calculated data out of edit.
