Is the SDK appropriate for weather radar maps?
It does seem to connect to services just fine. The one part I wouldn't be sure about is the animation in a dynamic layer.
If it doesn't support it on its own, could one write a custom layer class for it?
I have a potential project that could be a good fit for the Android SDK.
