I published a map and features using ArcGIS Server, and am trying to use them through ArcGIS Online with the Topographic Basemap. I have done this multiple times already, and I can search for and find, add, and configure the pop-ups for the features I'm interested in. After I save the map however, and close it and re-open it, I get the following error:
"The layer, SurveyIndexMap, is not responding. Still trying..." but nothing ever happens.
Is there a reason this is happening? I have never experienced this before with ArcGIS online.
Additionally, I would like to allow the users to search within our project area rather than the entire world. Is that something that can also be configured? Would I need to publish a geocoder?
