Firstly, this issue I'm having happens very rarely, but I'm curious as to why it happens.
Unfortunately it's not re-producible (or at least I haven't found a way to yet).
Occasionally we will try to run one of our custom Add-Ins (10.1), and find that when the button is clicked, nothing happens, and the Add-In is disabled. There doesn't really seem to be any consistency to it.
Has anyone else experienced this on occasion?
