HELP.....Trying to clear the REST cache programmatically, but get error message!!!

Hi,

After generating a Admin Token and calling the Clear Cache operation below:

http://<my-admin-ur>/arcgis/rest/admin/cache/clear?token=<adminToken>&f=json

I get this error: {???error???:{???code???:498,???message???:???Invalid admin token???,???details???:[]}}
Can anyone please tell me what I'm missing or doing wrong.....I saw in a previous post that someone was having the same issue, but no one answered his post...... Can anyone shed light on this....

When do you generate the token what's the option choosen: specific IP address, Web application URL or IP address of this request's origin?
