I have two features in my editable Feature Service layer-one that was in the map when I published from ArcGIS desktop, and the other that I created within ArcGIS online. When I go to Manage Features, and delete these two features, I click Save Changes, and they appear to be gone until I go to share the map on a Web App, or if I re-open it, the features are still there....I've deleted them now about 5 times, and they keep coming back....is this a bug?
