I keep receiving this error whenever trying to enter my access key ID and secret pass key from Amazon Web Mapping Service when starting ArcGIS for Server Cloud Builder. I've tried setting up new pass keys and haven't had any luck since installing ArcGIS Server Cloud Builder.
Unable to connect to Amazon Web Services using the credentials that were entered.
Please check that the credentials entered are correct and that the ArcGIS Server AMIs have been
shared with this account.
I emailed customer support a few days ago and still haven't heard back. HELP! Oh and I also turned off my firewalls.
