draw tracks from file of 4 colums each 2 columns represent a point

I need to draw track composite of pair points i.e. the track built from multi independent edges each edge from paire points

I am not sure if I understand you correctly, but it sounds like you have a table containing x1, y1, x2, and y2. If that is the case, you can try the XY To Line tool:
