Save map error ArcGIS Online

Discussion created by cathy.coldrey@aecom.com on Jul 24, 2013
Hello,
I'm receiving an error when trying to save a map for the first time.

I have imported a shapefile that is a site boundary. The file size is 10kb. When I try to save the map it just 'hangs' and does nothing. In the bottom left hand corner of the Internet explorer 8 window the error says:

"Webpage error details

now the error says it's a mozilla firefox error, however I am using Internet Explorer 8. Very confusing.

This seems to be a new error this week.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Cathy
