Missing "My Organization" At The Top

In all of the ESRI documentation, it's clear that if I've created my account by clicking the ESRI Global Account button on the signup page, I should see "My Organization" at the top of the page. For example, see the article at http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/arcgisonline/index.html#/Inviting_users_who_create_their_own_ArcGIS_logins/010q0000007s000000/.

However, I don't have such an item at the top of the page when I log in. I only see the following items at the top:

- ArcGIS
- FEATURES
- PLANS
- GALLERY
- MAP
- GROUPS
- MY CONTENT

And then a little gray box with my name in it and a search box next to that.

What do I need to do to get "My Organization" to show up?

I am able to use this account's login information to go to ESRI Support (http://support.esri.com/en/) and download software and deal with licenses, which suggests that this is already an admin account. However, if my account turns out to not be the ESRI administrator account, how can I make it the admin account?
