I'm trying to use the ArcGIS Online Social Media Webmap and running into a problem displaying certain tweets.
If I query Toll I get results but when I try NTTA, OR TollTagTidbits or @TollTagTidbits or #NTTA etc I don't get any results.

Here's the the link:
https://nttagis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/SocialMedia/index.html?appid=9d2fe80649124eacb2a5511546039405

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Tarig,

It seems there is an issue with the template using the HTTPS protocol. We are fixing it and will roll it out in the next update.

If you use http, it should work. http://nttagis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/SocialMedia/index.html?appid=9d2fe80649124eacb2a5511546039405

Although, it seems that those twitter results are not geolocated from the searches that I did.

Hi Matt,

Thank you for the prompt reply.
looking forward for the next update.

The http solution worked just fine. Thank you.

I was wondering, is there a way a user can use the social medial application if they don't have a twitter account?

I have also noticed those twitter results are not geolocated, I will try to convince them to turn them ON.

Thanks again for your reply.
