How can I move a layer?

Hello,

I'm newbie on this project and I'm testing some functions. I created my own first mapa and I added a layout from another user. I detected that all entries that this user added in map are displaced some coordinates. Is there any method that can I correct it?

Did you add a feature service from another user or did you upload data from another user? If you added a hosted feature service from somebody else then you can't make any chances to the data.
