How to check SDK version?

I'm trying to figure out if 10.1.1 update 1 is installed and I see in the version.txt file that is says SDK Version: 10.1.1 and Core Version: 10.2.0.207.  Does that mean that update 1 is not installed or would it still just say 10.1.1?

You have v10.1.1 update 1 is installed.

10.1.1 update 1 = SDK Version: 10.1.1 and Core Version: 10.2.0.207
