ArcGIS 10.1 - When using the Spatial Analyst Tools/Local Toolset/Combine Tool, to combine two rasters, I keep getting error 010158 or 010067, "unable to open C:\progra~2\arcgis\deskto~1.1\bin\tmp82 or tmp84. This is in Task 2 and Task 5, Chapter 12, of "Introduction to Geographic Information Systems, Kang-tsung Chang, 7th Edition. Does this imply bad application files? If so, how best to fix?
