Identify Layers

I'm having trouble finding a good example of clicking on multiple features and getting information about them. I have about 14 layers in my webmap that need to have a popup show information when clicked, but not all the layers have the same attributes. Any help/expertise in this area?

Take a look at this Fiddle, showing an infoWindow with two different layers with different attributes. The code creates a template for each layer that is visible.
