GraphicsLayer versus a collection of graphics Points

Hey there folks,

I went round the merry go round a while back adding a collection of point graphics to my js map.  I followed the examples on the JSAPI Sample pages and was able to get the infoWindow to popup in the right place by setting the Anchor Point to the event geometry of the click.

After working with a larger set of objects which I need to display, I decided that a new esri.layers.GraphicsLayer(); was the way to go as I could add it to my Table of contents and then (turn it on and off).

However, once I did all of this nice stuff the infoWindow will not show up on top of my points anymore.

I put a click event handler inside the map 'onLoad' event which connnected  the map.graphics, 'onClick', function but it does not seem to be the same for a GraphicsLayer (of mine anyway) as just adding points to the default layer.

Does anyone know of a dojo.connect property I can use for my own GraphicsLayer?

Andy..
