How do I get ObjectID to not show up in a service I publish in ArcServer 10.1 SP1?

Every time I publish a map services the layers only show the fields selected in my MXD, after installing SP1 ArcGIS for Server adds ObjectID to every layer whether or not it is selected.  How do I remove ObjectID from my map service?

I am not sure but objectid is  necessary for many functions so if you remove it  many functions don't run... same for field shape. Before it was possible but there was problems with application adf, js (query ect.). Esri puts it how warning in verify and now I think put it mandatory.
