Cannot setup routing service

I have been attempting to use ArcGIS for Server to publish a network analysis service. When I attempt to use the service in ArcMap for Desktop using the Find Route tool I get an error saying "Cannot setup routing service". I followed the tutorial directions found here.
I have been using my own data which works in ArcMap for Desktop for Network Analysis tasks.  I am using ArcGIS for Server 10.1 Anyone have any idea why I am receiving this error? Thanks.

I'm not sure if I have or not because I am not the administrator of my server but I was able to get everything working. Thanks.
